Stuart Randall started out in the U.K. as an apprentice spray painter/panel beater in 1981. He achieved the City in Guilds apprenticeship award followed by a certificate of management from the Institute of the motor industry, U.K. Stuart moved on to refinishing new and used Rolls Royce, Bentley and Jaguar cars for a well known English motor group. Looking for ways to further his career, Stuart migrated to Sydney, Australia in October 1987. He began learning paintless dent removal in 1990 and has worked with it ever since moving to Perth in 1993 to form Dent Craft.

Richard Thompson began work as a trades assistance in a panel repair shop. Richard quickly learnt how vehicles were assembled. His eye for detail and his vast knowledge of almost every vehicle on the road gave him the start he needed to be successful in paintless dent removal. Richard has been a paintless dent removal technician since 1995,and has won the respect of some of Perth’s most prestigious car dealers.

Ray Martin can turn his hand to almost anything. An electrician by trade, Ray found an affinity with paintless dent removal due to his eye for detail.

Murray Hargreaves has a background as a Fitter first class machinist in general engineering for 24 years. Amongst his achievements are making hand tools for helicopters (specialized tooling), designing and making a machine for making air conditioning ducting. Murray has also worked in the U.K. for some time in the architectural metalwork industry.
